At Modo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your new device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Modo Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a successful return processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
